SkillUP is a career and skills tracking for contractors, employees and regulators in the energy and development sectors. The platform allows individual to record their learning and training progress with every achievement or additional experience.

SkillUP aims to mobilise and digitise individuals in the energy and development sectors in a digital environment that allows for transparent human resource growth, improved career mobility and easier access to resources for skills development.

My assignment here was to gather user's requirement and brief discussion with the developer on what best solutions within timeline and translate it to low and high fidelity to ensure smooth experience for the users.
